ASARNews, Gaza – A total of 16,800 bread packages have been successfully distributed to the people of Gaza. This humanitarian aid is part of ongoing efforts to assist those affected by the genocide and prolonged humanitarian crisis in the region. These bread packages are expected to help ease the daily basic needs of the people.

The distribution took place at three refugee camp locations in Al Mawashi, Southern Gaza. This aid was made possible through collaboration with various community organizations from Aceh and Heaven Light. "We have prepared three separate reports for the Palestinian bread aid because the assistance came from various different donors," said Saputra, head of the special program for the Muslim world. With this distribution, children and the elderly are now able to access vital aid they desperately need.

The distribution process involved local humanitarian organizations in Gaza that partnered with ASAR Humanity. They ensured that the aid reached those who are most in need. Bread is a staple food for the majority of Gaza's population.

This aid is expected to meet the basic needs of the people of Gaza, who have been enduring genocide for more than a year. As of now, the number of Palestinian casualties continues to rise. Palestinian authorities have reported that 42,792 Palestinians have lost their lives, and 100,412 others have been injured, while Zionist forces continue to launch attacks on refugee camps in Gaza.
